Lowlight Obscured Pistol (DRK-OP) is a 2-day accelerated shooting course that focuses on employing guns and lights from concealment. This course is ideal for plain clothes LEOs or off-duty carry.

Relevant cases/case law
Student Equipment List:
Reliable Handgun w/ spare magazines
Concealment Holster (Solid kydex/plastic holster that allows for a safe and efficient draw & return to the holster. Holster must securely attach to the body via belt, band, etc.)
600 rounds of handgun ammunition
Eye and ear protection
Handheld flashlight w/ extra batteries
*Weapon light recommended but not mandatory
Chem or marker lights
Tourniquet
Water and snacks
(Clothing: It is strongly recommended that you dress in your normal work/off-duty attire.
Take into account clothing for inclement weather.)
NLTA Equipment List: This will be provided by the Instructor for the Nov 24-25 class at GCSO. IF you have your own NLTA Equipment, please bring it!
NLTA Handgun/Handgun conversion
200 marking rounds for handgun
Helmet/mask approved for NLTA
Other PPE such as gloves and groin pro is recommended.
